Refund Policy

Since my products are digital downloads, I have a no-refund policy, but I’m here to help if you run into any issues. Please read below for more details:

1. Digital Products

All of my products are digital downloads (printables, games, etc.), so all sales are final. Once the files are delivered and downloaded, I cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

 

2. Issues with Files

If you’re having trouble with the files (maybe they’re not downloading properly or something looks off). Please reach out to me within 3 days of your purchase. I’m happy to assist you and can send a new copy if needed.

3. Double-Check Before Purchasing

Since digital products can’t be refunded, please make sure you’ve got the right product before checking out. Feel free to ask any questions, and I’ll gladly help you choose the perfect printable!

4. Personal Use Only

Your purchase is for personal use only. You may not use these files for commercial use; they may not be resold, shared, copied, redistributed, recreated or reproduced for any purpose without expressed permission from me and Designboba.

 

5. Double-Check Your Email

Please make sure to enter the correct email address at checkout as your files will be sent there right after purchase.

I can’t offer refunds for orders placed with an incorrect email, but if you made a typo, reach out and I’ll do my best to help. 😊
