What are printables?

Printables are digital files that you can download and print at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. No physical item will be shipped to you.

 

Do I need special software to use my printables?

Most files are in PDF or PNG format, which can be opened on any device. I recommend using Adobe Reader (free) for PDFs to ensure the best print quality.

 

Can I edit or customize the files?

My printables are not customizable—they come as-is, ready to download and print.

 

Can I print as many copies as I want?

Yes! Once you purchase a printable, you can download and print it as many times as you need for personal use only.

 

Can I use digital files without printing?

Yes! Some digital files are designed to be used directly on your phone, tablet, or computer—no printing required. If this option is available, it will be mentioned in the product description.

 

🌸  DOWNLOADING YOUR FILES

 

How do I download my files? 

You have three easy ways to access your downloads:

1. Right after checkout – Once your purchase is complete, you’ll see a button labeled “Access Downloads” on the thank-you page. Click it to go to your order page and download your files.

2. Email confirmation – You’ll receive an email with the same “Access Downloads” button, which will take you to your order page. Log in to access your downloads.

3. Through my website – Go to designboba.com, scroll to the Help section in the footer, and click “Access My Downloads.” You’ll be asked to log in to your account using the email you used at checkout.

 

I can't find my download email. What should I do?

If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.

If it’s still missing, simply visit Access My Downloads on my website, enter the email you used to purchase, and you’ll be able to download your files immediately.

How can I make sure I get my printables?

Double-check that you enter the correct email at checkout! Your download link will be sent there, so make sure it’s an email you have access to.

 

How do I open a ZIP file?

Some downloads come in a ZIP file to keep everything organized. Here’s how to open it:

• On a computer: Just double-click the file, and it should unzip automatically. If not, right-click and select “Extract All.”

• On a phone or tablet (iPhone, iPad, Android): Simply tap the ZIP file, and it will open a folder with your files inside.

 

What if I have trouble downloading?

Try these quick fixes:

• Refresh the page and try again.
• Use a different browser or device.
• Check your internet connection.

Where can I print my files?

You can print them:

• At home using a regular printer.
• At a local print shop (like Staples, Office Depot, or Walmart).
• Through an online printing service (like Vistaprint or Printful).

 

What format are the files in?

My printables are usually in PDF format and designed for letter-size paper (8.5” x 11”). If you need a different size, please contact me first.

 

What paper should I use?

For the best results:

• Cards & coupons – Thick cardstock (100-110 lb).
• Signs & posters – Glossy or matte paper (depends on your preference).
• Games & worksheets – Standard printer paper works just fine!

 

Will the colors look the same as on my screen?

Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and printer quality. If they look off, check your printer settings and try using high-quality print mode.

Can I share my printables with others?

Your purchase is for personal use only. You may not use these files for commercial use; they may not be resold, shared, copied, redistributed, recreated or reproduced for any purpose without expressed permission from me and Designboba.

 

Do you offer refunds?

Since these are digital downloads, all sales are final, and I don’t offer refunds. However, if you have any issues, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help!
